About the founder
I am an Executive Coach and Human Resource (HR) expert with over 25 years of experience. Starting my career as a CPA, I got a taste of HR through the management of payroll and benefits. I went on to receive my Masters in Human Resource Management and focused my career in HR. I have worked hands-on and have been a trusted advisor for business leaders in a wide variety of Human Resource strategies with business impact including building, growing and reorganizing teams, Leadership Development, Team Dynamics / Engagement, Total Rewards (compensation and benefits), Employee Relations, HR Operations and Recruiting.
I spent most of my career as an HR Business Partner advising leaders including C-Suite executives in Fortune 500, privately held, nonprofit and high growth startup organizations. More recently, I established my own business, MSD Coaching & HR Consulting, to focus my career on what I loved most as an HR Professional.

​Over my many years in HR, I had the privilege to coach countless individuals and leaders through critical decisions and transitions for their organization, their teams and their own personal growth. These became the most memorable and rewarding moments of my career. I knew I wanted to focus my efforts in the one space I felt I could have the most impact, empowering others through coaching. I have been formally trained and certified by the College of Executive Coaching which is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) approved program and I am thrilled to formally engage as an external coach with my clients.
